Logicom dividend

The Board of Directors of Logicom Pcl (LOG) decided to propose to the AGM the payment of a dividend of 2.35 cents per share (11.75% on the nominal value of the share) or EUR0.0405, which corresponds to 45% on the profits of 2006.  The cum-dividend date has been set for 11/6/2007 and the ex-dividend date will be on 12/6/2007.  The propose dividend – if approved – will be paid to the shareholders by 20/7/2007.
