Aspis bids for Leda Investments

Aspis Holdings Public Co. Ltd., announced the intention to submit a public offer seeking to acquire the 50% plus one share of the capital of Leda Investments Pcl (LEDA) in an all-cash bid at the price of CYP 0.0815 or EUR 0.1403 per share.

The deal is subject to Aspis acquiring the desired level. Sharelink Securities and Financial Services are advising Aspis.

The bid price of 14.03 euro cents is at a 25% premium to the most recent price of LEDA on the CSE at 11 euro cents. If the desired level is reached and the offer is made, it would value the deal at CYP 225.000 or EUR 387.155 for the 50% stake. LEDA is in the Special Category and in 2006 reported a loss of EUR 215k.
