CSE extends Cytrustees public offer

The CSE Council would like to inform the investing public that pursuant to Regulation 9(4) on Mergers and Acquisitions, it has permitted the publication of the Public Offer Document of Laiki Investment EPEY Public Company Ltd for the acquisition of up to 50% plus 1 share of the issued share capital of Cytrustees Investment Public Company Ltd.
It is noted that the period of acceptance will start on 14/3/07 and will expire on 27/4/07.
As a result, the Competitive and Revised Public Offer by Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd will be extended until the expiry of the period of acceptance of Laiki Investment EPEY Public Company Ltd, that is, 27.4.07
