Amathus rights exercised with the help of Lanitis

Amathus Navigation in an announcement with reference to the issue of preemption rights concerning the shares without voting rights, said a total of 22,183,060 rights by 70 shareholders or 63% of the total 35,218,480 rights were exercised.

Due to the fact that the issue was fully secured by the parent company, Lanitis E.C. Holdings Ltd, the remaining preemption rights that were not exercised (13,035,420) have been exercised and undertaken by the parent company.
With the exercise of the above rights, it is announced that the Company has issued 17,609,240 warrants to all those who exercised their rights to the ratio of 1 warrant for every 2 preemption rights exercised. The warrants will be listed on the CSE.
