Oracle’s OTN community passes 5 mln mark

Oracle Technology Network (OTN) announced that it now has more than 5 mln worldwide members, celebrating more than a decade of providing highly productive tools and technologies to the developer community.

OTN is a free resource that provides one of the largest and fastest growing communities of developers, architects and database administrators with technology downloads and information they need to build, deploy, manage and optimize applications.

OTN offers a wealth of technology-focused resources, such as the Oracle Java Developer, OTN Techblast and .NET Newsletters and educational tools including “Mastering SOA”, “Mastering Java Application Development” and the “BPEL Cookbook”.

OTN also provides developers with instant access to free documentation, FAQs, discussion forums, podcasts, sample code and tutorials.
