The Four Seasons Hotel, Limassol, was recognised as the best five star hotel on the island at the recent Argo Holidays Achievement Awards. The ceremony and reception for Argo’s hoteliers and suppliers was held at the SAS Radisson Hotel, London during the World Travel Market exhibition.

The Four Seasons was awarded the highest honour as the best five star property in Cyprus after extensive external and internal research carried out by the tour operator.

The hotel scored highly in a guest survey for its customer service, overall standard and the facilities available. It also achieved a high grade for the administrative expertise and the support that it offers to the Argo staff in terms of reservation quickness and ease, upgrades as well as for provision of material for the tour operator’s brochure.

Nick Aristou, Director of Business Development at the Four Seasons Hotel, commented: “We have worked extremely hard at the  Four Seasons to improve the hotel even further, particularly bearing in mind last years renovation and the opening of our two new restaurants this year, Mavrommatis Gourmet Greek and Vivaldi Italian. We pride ourselves on offering, not only five star facilities but an equivalent high level of customer service”.

He continued: “The Four Seasons Hotel never stops innovating; we have four other exciting new developments planned for this winter, so watch this space!”

Kathryn Beadle, Marketing and Sales Director for Argo Holidays commented: “We are delighted that the Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol has won our most prestigious accolade. Our criteria in nominating this award are extremely vigorous and it is a credit to the hotel and all of their team that our customers and staff both voted for the Four Seasons for the fourth year in succession thereby demonstrating that their standards are of the highest consistency”.
