Logicom insures Dubai debtors

Logicom Pcl (LOG) announced that on November 14, 2006, the Company signed a credit insurance agreement with Atradius Credit Insurance N.V, one of the largest insurance company worldwide in the sector of credit insurance.
The agreement covers the losses that may derive from the inability to collect the credits that Company offers to its customers and falls under its general strategic for the management of the financial risks. It is expected that it will minimize the Company’s credit risk and improve the management of credit facilities that it offers to its customers, the quality of its financial assets and sources and the capital indices of liquidity.
