MAI to approve dividend payments

The Annual General Meeting of Muskita Aluminium Industries Pcl (MAI) will convene on 20 September 2006 to approve a further dividend payment of 0.04 cent per share for the year 2004 and a final dividend payment of 4 cent per share for the year 2005, paid to all shareholders registered as at 2 October 2006. The ex-dividend date is set for 28 September 2006.
