Dimco bonus finalised

The CSE Council accepted for listing 13,499,950 ordinary shares of Dimco Pcl (DES) from its recent bonus share issue. The Company issued the bonus shares in a ratio of 1 bonus share for every 2 existing shares held, to all shareholders registered as at 5 April 2006. The total number of the Company’s issued share capital reached 40,499,950 shares. The new shares will commence trading as at 28 April 2006.
