Coullapides suspended until dissolution

The CSE announced the suspension of trading of titles of Andreas Coullapides Public Company Ltd from December 1, 2005 and until its delisting, following a decision by shareholders to back a voluntary liquidation plan unveiled by Management.

During an Extraordinary General Meeting held on November 30, 2005, shareholders decided that the Company will proceed with voluntary liquidation and dissolved.

The EGM approved a resolution appointing Christoforos Demetriades, Accountant from Nicosia, as the Company liquidator, who is authorised to distribute among the members part or all the assets in the form of cash or else and be able to determine a value for the assets that will be distributed, which will be considered fair and decide on the conduct of the distribution among the members or among different classes of members” at a fee of CYP 20.000.
