CTC wins against Leisure

Cyprus Trading Corporation Public Ltd announced that the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce based in Geneva, decided in its favour and against the French company, Lesieur. The Court ordered Lesieur to submit to CTC the sum of CYP 293.638,46 and EUR 73.771,50 as compensation for the illegal termination of their cooperation agreement.

Lesieur will also submit to CTC the sum of $40.000 for Court expenses.
