BOC ups borrowing limit to EUR 1.5 bln

The Board of Directors of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd decided to increase the size of the Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme to EUR 1.5 bln.

When the programme was first launched in September 2003, the Programme’s size amounted to EUR 750 mln, which was increased to

EUR 1 bln in 2004. Under the Programme, the Bank has the flexibility to issue, according to its needs, senior debt and/or subordinated debt in all major currencies.
