Nemesis declares 1c dividend

Nemesis Constructions (NEM) declared a 1 cent final dividend per share for the financial period ending 31 December 2004, which based on its current price on the CSE corresponds to a dividend yield of 10%.

Nemesis said the 1 cent per share dividend will be paid to all registered shareholders as at September 15, 2005, with the stock expected to trade ex-dividend on 13 and 14 September.

The company also decided to replace their auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers.
