Construction output prices rise 2.9%

The Statistical Service CYSTAT has produced a quarterly index of output prices in construction going back to the first quarter of 2000.

According to these figures, output prices in construction rose in the fourth quarter of 2004 by 2.9% compared with the third quarter. with the index reaching 148.5 units.

On average, output prices in construction rose by 14.9% in 2004. The data show that output prices in construction have risen by a huge 41.2% since the year 2000.
