Napster raises revenue projections

Los Angeles (dpa) – The U.S. online music firm Napster Inc. has boosted its revenue prognosis for the fourth quarter to USD 16.5 to 17.5 mln, up from 15 mln, thanks to soaring numbers of new members.

The company said its client numbers had climbed by 143,000, to 410,000 persons, and that clients were downloading more music at a per unit cost.
