Vision acquires UK company

Vision International People Group Public Ltd (VIP) announced the acquisition of the 100% of the share capital of Total Eclipse International Ltd for GBP 50.000 in cash.

The decision to proceed with the acquisition was resolved during the Board of Directors meeting and has also been fully reviewed and approved by the Audit Committee.

Total Eclipse International Limited is a legal entity registered in the United Kingdom and its main activity has been to carry out the payments of commission fees to distributors of Vision International People Group Public Limited, on behalf of Nutri Export LP, which is a partnership belonging to Vision Group, based on a contract dated 1st January, 2002. The beneficial owner of 100% of the share capital of Total Eclipse International Limited is Paul Jarvis, who is also its sole Director. Paul Jarvis is the Chief Executive Officer of Vision Group.
