GranTurismo4 launch today

No news on the PSP yet

Gibareio Ltd., sole official distributor of all Sony gaming products (PSone, PlayStation2, PSP) is launching the Gran Turismo 4, dubbed “the Real Driving Simulator” during a celebration event at the Heaven Lounge and Cafe Bar at Galaxias Centre in Nicosia, tonight at 7pm.

The event, that coincides with GT4’s international release, will allow for a test drive of the game as well as a competition to walk away with the GT4 and other prizes.

Gran Turismo 4 retails for CYP 34.95.

Sharon Green, Managing Director of Gibareio, told the Financial Mirror that the eagerly awaited PSP “will not be here for some time,” as the console has not yet received a European launch date.

However, industry and gaming experts believe that the PSP’s launch must not arrive any time later than the end of the school year or early summer.
