Elma declares dividend

The Board of Directors of Elma Holdings Public Company Ltd having examined and approved the final results for the year ended December 31, 2006 proceeded to propose a very generous dividend. The profit after taxation attributable to shareholders of parent company stood at CYP15,631,511,  orEUR26,858,266 (2005: CYP2,826,617, EUR4,856,730). The Board set the date for the Annual General Meeting, which will take place on Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at the Company’s head quarters in Nicosia.

The Board also decided to propose to the AGM the payment of a dividend for the profits of 2006 of 15% on the nominal value of the share of 5 cents, which corresponds to 0.75 cents (1.29 euro cents) per share of 5 cents.  Given that it will be approved by the AGM, the dividend will be paid on Friday, July 20, 2007 to al shareholders registered as at June 22, 2007.  The ex-dividend date will be on June 25, 2007.
