Woolworth: Reminder for warrant exercise

Pursuant to the terms of the Prospectus dated March 12, 2003, the exercise period of the Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Warrants 2007 will be between March 1 – 31, 2007. The last exercise date and also the expiry date is on March 30, 2007.
The exercise price of Warrants 2007 is CYP0.30 per share of nominal value CYP0.20. The shares resulting from the exercise of warrants will rank pari passu with the existing shares.
The holders of Warrants 2007 will receive a letter with the number of shares resulting from the exercise. The letter will contain information for the payment of the shares.
The last trading date in the CSE is February 26, 2007.
The Company urges the warrant holders to seriously consider the share’s trading price at the CSE during the time of exercising the warrants. It is noted that today, the share’s price stood at EUR1.03 (CYP0.60).
