TOP to reduce capital

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Top Kinisis Travel Pcl (TOP) held on January 24, 2007, approved the special resolution that subject to court approval, the share capital of the Company will be reduced from CYP5,000,000 divided into 25,000,000 shares of CYP0.20 each to CYP4,979,060 divided into 24,895,300 shares of CYP0.20 each with the cancellation of 104,700 ordinary shares.
