PES suspends corporate governance

Filoktimatiki Pcl (PES)  announced the suspension of enforcement of the Corporate Governance Code.

The suspension is deemed necessary due to the Company’s inability to adopt the provisions on the composition of the Board of Directors and the Committees, given the current composition of the Board of Directors. It is noted that the enforcement of the Corporate Governance Code is not obligatory for the companies of the Alternative Market, in which the company is listed.
