Interest changes on Hellenic Bank bonds

The interest of the non convertible bonds 2004/2009 of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd with a floating rate, for the period of six months from 01.07.2006 to 31.12.2006, will be payable on 31.12.2006. The interest rate for the period will be 4.15%. The cum-dividend date will be on December 19, 2006. The ex-dividend date will be on December 20, 2006.

The interest of 2016 bonds of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd with a floating rate, for the period 01.10.2006 to 31.12.2006, will be payable on 31.12.2006. The interest rate for the period will be 5.30%. The cum-dividend date will be on December 18, 2006. The ex-dividend date will be on December 19, 2006.

The interest of 2011 bonds of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd with a floating rate, for the period 01.10.2006 – 31.12.2006, will be payable on 31.12.2006. The interest rate for the period will be 5.25%. The cum-dividend date will be on December 20, 2006. The ex-dividend date will be on December 21, 2006.
Hellenic Bank reminded all bondholders that the period of exercise of their right for the reinvestment of the payable interest to additional bonds with the same terms started on December 1, 2006 and expires on December 20, 2006.
