Louis operations suspended in Corfu

Following a writ issued by the Minister of Tourism Development of Greece, Ms Fani Petrallia, the District department of Tourism of the Ionian Islands proceeded with a provisional revocation of the operations of the Louis Corkyra Beach in Corfu.

Management stipulates that the Louis Corkyra Beach had closed its operations for the winter period on 30 October 2006 (no sooner than expected), and is expected to recommence its operations in April 2007 as expected.

Finally, management supports the view that so far, international key tour operators have expressed their full support to the management and that they see this as an unfortunate event.
