Louis Helios Beach sold for CYP 2.6 mln

Louis plc announced that its subsidiary, Louis Hotels Public Company Ltd, has sold the Louis Helios Beach Hotel, consisting of 108 rooms in the island of Kos against the sum of CYP 2.6 mln or €4.5 mln.

The sale falls within the framework of the Company’s strategy to concentrate on the management and development of large hotel units and complexes exclusively.

The sale contributed CYP 214.000 in profit for Louis Hotels, of which 99.6% will end in the accounts of the CSE listed Louis plc.
