Clerides assumes duties at Hellenic

Hellenic Bank Pcl announced the appointment of Dr. Marios Clerides as General Manager Risk Management effective July 24, 2006 following his departure from the post of Chairman of the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission.

Dr. Clerides was formerly Head of Research at Hellenic Bank before his appointment as Chairman of the SEC.
