The CSE Council decided to transfer the titles of Euroinvestment & Finance Pcl (EURO) and Phinikas Ammochostou Investments Pcl (FIA) from the Alternative Market and the Investment Companies Market respectively to the Special Trading Category, because of their inability to satisfy the CSE’s rules on maintaining an adequate level of public ownership.

The trading of titles in the Special Trading Category will commence on Wednesday, June 7, 2006. The CSE said that the decision goes into effect after a six month notice period given to both companies lapsed without any action by the affected companies.
