White Knight to list on CSE

The CSE Council has accepted the listing of 216,686,668 ordinary shares of nominal value 50 cents each of “White Knight Holdings Public Company Ltd” in the Alternative Market.

The trading of the above shares will commence on Thursday, April 13, 2006 and the CSE will undertake the observance of the above Register in the Central Register.

The shares will trade under the code WKH and their ISIN Code will be CY0009860715.

The Prospectus dated December 6, 2005 and the Company’s Profile dated April 3, 2006, as approved by the CSE and the SEC, will be available at the CSE web site (www.cse.com.cy) in the announcements/prospectuses section.
