CYPRUS: Asian buyers invest in Leptos Coral Bay project

A second major investment by investors and businessmen from Asia has added to the success of Leptos Estates in Paphos within only a few months, a company announcement said.

Reflecting on the confidence that the Leptos Group inspires among large foreign investors and funds, the new investment was made on another seaside plot owned by the Group in the area of Coral Bay. The investors have also stated that they intend to retain Leptos Estates as the manager, developer and in charge of sales of the entire project.
This follows another recent success whereby Leptos Group secured foreign participation in the development of a large seaside plot in Kissonerga.
"The strong international interest in new investment moves by large organizations and entrepreneurs has picked up recently and the Leptos Group has managed within a few months to lock two major investments where the entire amounts have been collected, awaiting a third investment which this time seems to be from Eastern Europe,” said Pantelis Leptos.
