Cyprus President begins four-day visit to London

Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades arrives Tuesday afternoon in London where he will pay a four day visit and meet British Prime Minister David Cameron.

On Tuesday evening, President Anastasiades will address an event, hosted by overseas Cypriot organizations.

On Wednesday the President will attend a working breakfast with British Foreign Secretary William Hague and later on he will be received by the Prime Minister David Cameron to discuss bilateral issues, the Cyprus problem, economic relations and energy matters.

In the evening President Anastasiades will attend a dinner hosted by the British Energy Secretary Michael Fallon and the following day he will have a working breakfast with members of the House of Commons and the House of Lords.

He will also speak at an event organized in his honour by University College London and lay a wreath at Westminster Abbey. The President will address an event at the London School of Economics.

On Friday morning the President and his entourage will have a working breakfast with the Lord Mayor of the City of London Fiona Woolf.
