Bulgaria's jobless rate rose to 10% in November from 9.6% in the previous month, the labour ministry said on Wednesday.
The number of registered unemployed Bulgarians in November rose by 13,152 people to 327,270 from October as demand for seasonal workers declined and economy slowed.
There were 8,700 fewer unemployed in November of last year when the jobless rate stood at 9.1%.
This year's rate is higher due to a downward revision of the total workforce in the European Union country following a census earlier this year.
The centre-right cabinet has cut its 2011 full-year GDP forecast to 2.8% from 3.6%, while analysts expect even slower acceleration of about 2.0% due to a dropping demand in the euro zone – Bulgaria's key export destination.
