Cyprus motor regs drop 16.5% y/y in October

Registrations of motor vehicles fell over the year earlier by 16.5% in October, to 2,904, from 3,477 in October 2010.
For the first ten years as a whole, registrations dropped by 17.4% to 30,977 from 37,500 in January – October 2010.
Registrations of private saloon cars fell in the same period by 16% to 22,263 from 26,513 in January – October 2010.
Car registrations are now in their third year of consecutive decline.
