Cyprus industrial production falls 2% in Jan-Feb

Industrial production fell by 2% over the year earlier in the first two months of 2011, with output in February stagnant compared with the year earlier.
The main decline is in the subsector of manufacturing, which fell in February by 1.9% compared with February 2010.
Meanwhile, prices of industrial products rose by 0.6% compared with the previous month in March, while prices of manufacturing products alone increased by 0.2% compared with February 2011.
In the first quarter of the year as a whole, the price index increased by 4.1% compared with the corresponding period of the previous year.
