Interest on Bank of Cyprus convertible bonds 2013/18

According to the Terms of Issue of the Convertible Bonds 2013/2018 of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd (the «Bonds»), the interest rate on the Bonds which will apply for the period 01/07/2009 until 31/12/2009 was reviewed and set at 2,322% (6-month Euribor 1,322% plus 1,00%).
