Cypriot MP to attend ”Parliaments for Water” meeting in Turkey

President of the Parliamentary Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources Yiannakis Thoma departs today for Constantinople (Istanbul), Turkey, to participate in the conference ''Parliaments for Water''.

According to an official press release, the conference is organised in the framework of the 5th World Forum for Water.

The right to water access, transported dimensions of water problems, examination of legislations for water and the possibility of creating an office in order to assist parliaments on the development of water legislations are some of the items on the agenda of the meeting.
