CYPRUS: Construction of Ayia Napa Marina moving at a steady pace

Everything is going according to plan at the Ayia Napa Marina, with the first phase of construction works underway at a steady and highly satisfactory pace, according to the owner/developers, adding that all works are expected to be completed in the summer of 2019.

With first phase, having begun in September 2016, transforming the area into a large construction site, upcoming works include port development and infrastructure projects.
In the present phase, project implementation has been undertaken by Terna SA, with experience in large-scale and highly sophisticated public and private projects.
The second phase of construction work will begin later this year, and will witness the erection of 190 spacious deluxe apartments in two impressive towers, 29 luxury villas, and a 600-berth full-service marina and boatyard, alongside a plethora of elegant retail, waterfront dining, and premium lifestyle amenities for residents and visitors.
