PROPERTY: Dubai investors get first glimpse of Ayia Napa Marina

Ayia Napa Marina, the EUR 220 mln residential, commercial and infrastructure project in Cyprus that is expected to be completed in 2021, was showcased to investors in the United Arab Emirates at the end of January, at the spectacular Burj Al Arab in Dubai.


 
The project, backed by Caramondani Group, is designed by SmithGroupJJR, an internationally renowned architecture, engineering and planning firm, specialising in waterfront design. The project will boast 190 spacious and deluxe apartments in two iconic, twisting towers that will reach 25 storeys high, 29 luxury villas, a 600-berth, full-service marina and boatyard and a collection of elegant retail, waterfront dining and premium lifestyle amenities for residents and visitors.
Apartment prices start from EUR 500,000 and villas go for as much as EUR 5.2 mln.
The event was attended by 600 selected guests from UAE and Cyprus; high-end residents of Dubai, the executive members of KPMG Cyprus, Deloitte Cyprus, USB Cyprus branch and several key investors, were briefed about the project through a dedicated sales booth, which generated a significant number of sales.
The project was presented by the partners in the project, Naguib Sawiris of Gemini Real Estates Ltd and Stavros Caramondanis, CEO of Ayia Napa Marina, owned and operated by M.M. Makronisos Marina Ltd.
The Dubai event ended with performances by Egyptian pop singer Hamaki, the Santiago band from Spain, and the popular DJ from Mykonos Thodoris Alexopoulos.
