An International Monetary Fund (IMF) mission is arriving in Cyprus on Wednesday to conduct comprehensive tax diagnostics, IMF Representative in Cyprus Vincenzo Guzzo told the Cyprus News Agency.

“In the context of the technical assistance on the economic and financial aspects of a potential settlement of the Cyprus problem, an IMF mission will visit Cyprus during November 9-25,” Guzzo said.
“The mission has been asked to conduct comprehensive tax diagnostics and work on integrating the tax systems in a post-settlement Cyprus,” he noted.
