FOOTBALL: Cypriot teams play in UEFA and Europa League

Four Cypriot teams play Wednesday and Thursday in the UEFA Champions League qualifying rounds and in Europa League.

Football champion APOEL FC faces tonight in Nicosia HJK Helsinki for the third qualifying round of UEFA Champions League, after a 2-2 draw in Finland.

AEL FC plays tonight against Zenit in Saint Petersburg for the UEFA Champions League. AEL had sealed a win 1-0 over Zenit in Limassol during the first leg.

Meanwhile, two other Cypriot teams continue tomorrow their participation in the UEFA Europa League.

Omonia FC travels today to Skopje for the second match against Metalurg, which was defeated by the Nicosia team during their first match in Cyprus with 3-0.

FC Ermis Aradippou will face again Swiss Young Boys, this time in Cyprus. During their first match, the Swiss won 1-0.
