Charis Michael is new manager for Cyprus Hilton

Charis Michael has been appointed Hotel Manager for the Hilton Cyprus with effect from Monday, May 26.
In announcing the appointment, Bart van de Winkel, Area General Manager for Greece and Cyprus said that Charis Michael, “being himself of Cypriot nationality, knows the Cypriot market very well and is eager to assist and bring his vast expertise to the hotel’s successful operation.”
Charis will be replacing Marwan Ragheb who has left Hilton hotels after completing nearly nine years at Hilton Cyprus.
Charis Michael holds a Masters in Business Administration, International Business, from Johnson and Wales University in the US.
His professional career started at Hilton Cyprus in 2006 with his appointment as Food & Beverage Manager and from June 2009 to April 2013 as Director of Operations. Since April 2013 he has been Director of Operations at the Hilton Athens.
