Cyprus President to address business forum in Dubai

President of the Republic of Cyprus Nicos Anastasiades continues his official visit to the United Arab Emirates and today, he is expected to address a business forum in Dubai, organized by the Cypriot and Dubai Chambers with the participation of a large number of Cypriot businessmen.

Before travelling to Dubai, the Cypriot President, accompanied by members of his Cabinet, visited the tomb of the founder of the Nation Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan where he paid tribute and signed the guestbook at the mosque.

Yesterday, President Anastasiades held a meeting with the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Prince Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. In the framework of that meeting, Cyprus and Abu Dhabi signed a bilateral agreement for cooperation in the air travel services sector and Memoranda of Understanding on energy, tourism, education and science.
