Meetings scheduled for Friday between the Troika of Cyprus` international lenders and representatives of the Cyprus Tourism Organisation (CTO) and the Ministries of Finance, Commerce, and Communications, concerning tourism issues, have been postponed till Monday.

The reason for the postponement was the fact that CTO General Director Marios Hannides is in Brussels, participating in the General Meeting of the European Travel Commission, of which he is Vice-President.
Sources said that on Monday the Troika delegation would be briefed on developments in the tourism sector and especially the amendment of legislation for joint ventures, marine and coastal tourism, and the liberalisation of flights.
