Î’OC: Sale of Kyprou Asset Management M.F.M.C.

Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd (“Bank”) announces the sale of its subsidiary Kyprou Asset Management M.F.M.C to Alpha Trust Mutual Fund Management S.A. The sale which has been completed on 18 July 2013 is subject to the approval of the relevant Regulatory Authorities.

The sale falls under the general strategy of the Bank of Cyprus Group for the disposal of non-core assets and operations and is part of the restructuring efforts of the Group.
