Cyprus to get Hard Rock Cafe in July

Hard Rock Café will open its first multi-storey themed restaurant in Cyprus on Nicosia’s busy Spyrou Kyprianou avenue (former Santa Rosa) in July, operated by entrepreneur Akis Ellinas.
This follows some radical change to the initial plans, as imposed by the franchise owner in the U.S., delaying the project that should have opened last year.
The local franchisor is already hiring at all levels from senior management to serving crew and kitchen staff, looking to employ 30 people.
Ellinas also plans to operate a second Hard Rock in early 2013, this time in his home town of Limassol, probably in the Enaerios area.
