Amnesty International representative to visit Cyprus

Christine Loudes, representing Amnesty International, will be in Cyprus on March 5 to participate in a meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Human Rights and Equal Opportunities, in view of Women's Day and Cyprus' EU presidency.

Loudes, who heads the campaign, will be providing information on the political commitments on a European level, and the placing of the issue on the agenda of Cyprus' EU presidency, and will be promoting recommendations developed by the campaign.
