Cyprus tourism income leaps 18.8% in July

Revenue from tourism leapt by 18.8% over the year earlier to EUR 274.4 mln in July, according to the Passenger Survey, compared with EUR 231.1 mln in the corresponding month of 2010.
For the period January – July 2011 revenue from tourism is estimated to have increased by 17.5% to EUR 951.4 mln compared with EUR 809.4 mln in the corresponding period of 2010.
