Cyprus International Fair to open next week

One hundred exhibitors representing over 1000 companies will participate in the 36th Cyprus International Fair, which will open its doors on the 6th of May and will remain open until the 15th May, Chairman of Cyprus State Fair Authority, Loizos Constantinou has said, adding that 22 other countries will be on display.

According to an announcement, Constantinou said that despite the economic recession with its far-reaching global effects, this year’s Fair has broadened its horizons at all levels. “This has been the result of the systematic and methodical work done by the Authority’s staff and associates”, he noted.

Constantinou said that all sectors of commercial, financial and business activity will be on display. Home, Domestic Equipment, Machinery, Tools, Services, and Technology are just a few of the basic sectors to be featured, he added.

According to Constantinou, official participations are: Greece, Palestine, Romania, Poland, Spain, Syria, the United States of America and the State of Kuwait.
