Cyprus retail sales rebound by prov 4.6% in November

Retail trade rebounded in November according to provisional figures, having slipped in October.
The index for retail trade volume rose by a provisional 4.6% over the year earlier in November, having slipped by 1.5% according to final data for October.
For the period January-November, retail sales volumes are provisionally estimated to have stagnated compared with the year earlier, while final figures for January-October show a fall of 0.4%.
By value, retail trade excluding automotive fuel fell by a provisional 3% in November compared with November 2009, while for the first 11 months of the year, the value index rose by 0.8% compared with the same period of 2009.
