Industrial production drops 4.1% y/y in October

Industrial output declined in October as the index of industrial production reached 99.0 (base 2005=100), recording a decrease of 4.1% compared with October 2009.
The manufacturing index for October 2010 reached 93.0, recording a decrease of 6.3% compared with October 2009.
For the period January – October 2010, the index recorded a decrease of 0.8% compared with the same period of the previous year.
