Atlantic Insurance Cyprus declares dividend

Following the announcement of the 2009 preliminary results, the Board of Directors of Atlantic Insurance Pcl (ATL) decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting the payment of a dividend of EUR0.09 per share (2008: EUR0.09).
The total profits attributable to shareholders recorded an increase of 22.3% to EUR4.58 mln from EUR3.75 mln in 2008. This increase is attributable to the increase in net earned premiums, the drop in loss from sale and revaluation of investments and the increase in net finance income.
