Cyprus construction prices down 6.3% y/y in October

The price index of construction materials for reached 117.57 (base year 2005=100.00) in October, according to the Statistical Service.
This implied a decrease of 0.22% over the previous month and a fall of 6.3% over October 2008.
For the period January – October 2009, the index recorded a decrease of 3.68% over the corresponding period of the previous year.
